Damaged Goods

When receiving goods if the packaging is damaged then please make a note with the delivery driver and inspect the item inside before signing. If the package is in really bad condition then refuse the delivery. If you have received damaged goods then inform us within 14 working days from when delivered to discuss options. Please take photos of the damage where possible.


Should you need to arrange a return for any purchase you aren’t satisfied with then don’t hesitate to fill out the contact form. You have 14 working days from the delivery date to inform us of cancelling and arranging return of your order for whatever reason.

If your purchase has been damaged or if you have received the incorrect item due to a packing error then the cost of return delivery will be refunded. Please contact us before sending the item back. Returns for any other reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, or a change of mind, then you will have to cover the cost of returning the product(s). There is no charge if you cancel an order before it is dispatched. Please read product descriptions, check images and videos before ordering to ensure the product is fit for what you want, feel free to ask any questions before purchasing if you aren’t sure.

Items returned must be received back in the condition you received them.

Personalised Items

Any item that is purchased that has been personalised or custom made is not liable for a refund. In the case of damage then a replacement can be arranged.
